3 Moroccan Students Awarded during the Morocco Intel Business Challenge

Casablanca – Three Moroccan students were given awards by the American multinational technology giant Intel during their second Innovation Week, organized from the 2nd to 6th of June, in partnership with Mohammed V-Souissi University and the National School of Computer Science and Systems Analysis (ENSIAS), under the tutelage of the Ministry of Higher Education, Staff Training, and Scientific Research.

Three young engineering students were recognized during the awards ceremony of the second global contest, “Morocco Intel Business Challenge”, for their outstanding business school projects.

According to news website Info Médiaire, the three Moroccan students were selected by a jury made up of experts in entrepreneurship. They won tickets to the contest’s regional finals, to be held on the 3rd and 4th of September 2014 in Abu Dhabi. They were also awarded tablets equipped with the Intel Inside technology.

The regional final will determine who will take part in the international final of the Intel Global Challenge, which takes place from the 3rd to 6th of November 2014 at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley in the United States.

Greater prizes await the winners of the Intel Global Challenge: $15,000, international media coverage, and professional training offered by business experts.

Additionally, the lucky awardees will be given the opportunity to expand their professional network internationally and receive a unique experience in Silicon Valley with world-class investors.
