Rabat – The young Moroccan-Egyptian model has shared her support for the Atlas Lions on her Instagram account on all previous match days, by posting videos and photos from the game between Morocco and Portugal.

Imaan celebrated Morocco’s shock quarter-final win with its 1-0 victory against Portugal, by posting a photo of the team members commenting “Quarter finals bound, I’m so proud of my home team” she added “Dima maghrib” with an emoji of Morocco’s flag.

The famous model has a strong sense of pride in her heritage and roots, she is always expressing her love for Morocco in her interviews and social media posts.

She has posed for luxury brands, including Versace and Fendi in their most recent collaboration, “Fendace,” and has become one of the most iconic figures in the fashion industry,  as well as being the first Arab woman to represent the famous lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret.

Hammam was on the cover of nine different international Vogue magazines in 2017. 

The model is also the face of a new campaign by the Dutch football team Ajax for their latest pre-match collection. 

Born on October 5, 1996, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to an Egyptian father and a Moroccan mother. Imaan Hammam is one of the few Arab models who has garnered international acclaim.
