The human mind is open to all sorts of thoughts which fly like viruses everywhere. Those thoughts are likely to lie in every one’s mind. Thoughts in fact are grouped into two categories, white thoughts and black ones. Now you can imagine how many thoughts creep into your mind every day.
And also try to imagine how your life would be if your mind was mostly shaped by black or let’s say negative thoughts. I am sure that your life would be exposed to all sorts of problems and darkness would shape it to the full.
Negative thoughts for sure are not invited and lie in people’s mind without any previous consent. They come illegally and people find themselves forced to welcome them. Those minds, which are colored by black thoughts, are inevitably damaged and stop working. Do not forget the mind is the body’s headquarters and if this area is touched or wrecked, the whole human body might be destroyed as well.
Positive thinking is made to fight such thoughts and keep them out of people’s mind. Kindly put, positive thinking is an antivirus to this ailment, which is negative thinking or thoughts. So positive thinking is the ability to stay positive whatever the circumstances appear to be and keep your thoughts under regular control.
Positive thinking brings inner piece, health, success, prosperity and finally leads you to happiness. However, people usually wonder how to stay positive or optimistic in their attitudes and behaviors, particularly when they are gloomy and displeased or when they find life tricky to cope with.
Just wear a big smile! This article is expected to show you the know how in order to stay positive to the maximum and have power over your thoughts and actions.

Read as much you can about people who challenged life, fought fear and fulfilled their dreams. Reading inspiring books keeps you self-motivated and provides you with skills and knowledge to overcome your fear and face your destiny with courage and power.
Pay attention to your accompany
Associate yourself with people who are positive. Never accompany or hang out with people who are pessimistic. Such people will hold you back from achieving your goals and drag down your energy.
Have positive affirmations
When you get up in the morning, why not try making some positive affirmation like “I am successful”, “I am able” “I can do it“…etc and always praise yourself. This is known in psychology as “the power of words” which is meant to raise your self-esteem and make you think positive about yourself.
Avoid criticism
It has been shown scientifically that people who are overcritical are pessimistic and their mind is dominated by negative thoughts. Learn how to praise people instead of criticizing them. It is only a habit! And you will lose nothing if you praise people!
The power of visualizing
Imaging only positive actions and you will attract good things into your life, otherwise you will meet tragedies and sorrows. Remember all what happens in your life is a byproduct of your thoughts and imagery. Always hold positive mental pictures because they speak to your subconscious.
Why not play sports
When you play sports the mind becomes relaxed and the blood that has placed for a long time in one spot runs throughout the whole body. This action makes the mind fresh and repels negative thoughts. You can remember how much more comfortable and relaxed you feel when you finish sports, have a shower and then get an orange juice.
