Casablanca - The project “Boosting the Democratic Process through Education and Engagement” spearheaded by Professor  Halima Ouamouch ,  professor at Ain Chok Faculty of  Letters and Humanities in Casablanca, along with Pr. Behnassi, a professor at Ibno Zohr university in Agadir, won the Award for the Alumni Engagement and Innovation Fund, affiliated to the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State. This bureau tries to promote friendly and peaceful relations with other countries. The assistant Secretary of State for Cultural and Educational Affairs, Ann Stock, congratulated in person the awardees on May 23rd of the past year. The Moroccan project is conducted in partnership with Maxwell school of Citizenship and Public Affairs affiliated to Syracuse University in New York.
