Libya’s permanent representative to the UN, Abdurrahman Shalgham, cited, on Wednesday in New York, Morocco as a model to follow in the area of reconciliation.
Reconciliation in Libya is extremely important and can be entrusted to respectable community leaders, following what has been done particularly in Morocco, Shalgham told the UN Security Council.
During his address at a briefing session on Libya, the diplomat urged reconciliation, rejecting any policy of exclusion.
