Rabat – The president of Canary Islands’ autonomous government, Paulino Rivero Baute, announced, On Friday, the launch of 20 projects in 2012-2013 in Morocco with an investment of 14 million euros.
Rivero Baute told the press, after a meeting with Moroccan Economy and Finance Minister, that a Morocco-Canary Islands joint commission will be set up to reinforce and supervise these projects.
The Canary official, who described relations with Morocco as “good”, noted that his visit to the kingdom is meant to assess and study the aspects of cooperation between the two parties.
