Rabat – King Mohammed VI appointed the members of the High Commission for the reform of the judiciary on May 8, 2012, in the Royal Palace in Casablanca, including 8 women.
The King stressed that a profound and deep reform of the system of justice has always been at the forefront of major projects of the kingdom, adding that justice is the most important pillars towards enhancing the rule of law and strengthening the State institutions.
Stemming from his belief in the eminence and nobility of this responsibility, King Mohammed VI reminded the members of this committee that he is the guarantor of the independence of the judiciary, the full implementation of the provisions of the Constitution and the respects of the rights and fundamental freedoms of citizens.
He went to assure the committee that he will be supportive to them in promoting their national and noble responsibilities.
