Mohamed Taieb Nassiri, former Justice Minister passed away on Tuesday in Rabat. According to the Maghreb Arab Press (MAP), his sudden death happened after he was taken to a hospital in Rabat, following a heart attack during a meeting of the supreme body of the national dialogue on the reform of justice system.
Source from the Ministry of Justice stated that Nassiri, who was 73 years of age, had suddenly lost consciousness at the start of the meeting, which required the intervention of a doctor from the Ministry, who gave him first aid before he was transferred to the hospital.
On January 4, 2010, he was appointed Justice Minister by King Mohammed VI. He was member of the High Council for Audiovisual Communication
