Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said the relationship between Morocco and the United States will continue to strengthen as the two countries work toward their common goals.
“Together, we are working to expand trade, increase cultural and educational exchanges, and strengthen security in the region,” Clinton said in a statement on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of the Throne Day.
The Secretary of State also recalled that this year marks the 225 anniversary of the Moroccan-American peace and friendship treaty, “the longest unbroken treaty in United States history”.
