Algeria’s new cabinet, appointed by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika after a four-month delay, saw the key ministers of energy, foreign affairs and interior all keep their posts, with one major change.
Former water minister Abdelmalek Sellal replaced Ahmed Ouyahia as premier.
