The CEO of MCC made this statement following a conference on “Economic Transition in Africa : opportunities for private investment,” which was marked by the participation of head of government, Abdelilah Benkirane, and presidents of Mozambique, Armando Guebuza, and Tanzania, Jakaya Kikwete, and Prime Minister of Lesotho, Thomas Thabane .
