Taroudant- After putting an end its activities in Algeria, the Canadian “Université de Sherbrooke” wishes to settle with fresh aspirations in Morocco.
The Canadian university will launch several Masters of Business Administration (MBA) before implementing continuous education modules for business.
“After long discussions, we finally found a new partner in Morocco with whom we think we share the same visions. And it is for this reason that Sherbrooke has decided to terminate its activities in Algeria to come back and set up again in Morocco,” Alain Tremblay, the Deputy Director of the Faculty of Administration of Sherbrooke, said in an interview with Lavieeco
Responding to a question on the reasons behind their choosing Morocco as a new location, Tremblay said that “because we believe that Morocco is a key country which is necessary to settle in if we want to develop in Africa. We decided to relocate with strength in Casablanca in the framework of a partnership with Matsi.”
The Canadian university has a good network of graduates in Morocco and it was the first in the early 90s, to provide training for North American-style MBA in Morocco.
Located in Canada, in the Province of Quebec, the Université de Sherbrooke is a French-speaking institution recognized internationally for its innovations in research and education, including teaching approaches.
To apply for a study program at the University of Sherbrooke, it is obligatory that the applicants meet the admission requirements including paying the tuition fee ($ 70) and provide all the required documents within the prescribed deadlines.
