Casablanca- The debate on the death penalty in Morocco has eventually found its way to the parliament. Currently, there are about four bills deposited at the House of Representatives. Three are for the abolition of this penalty. The fourth, presented by the PJD party, asks for the establishment of a ten-year moratorium for inmates condemned to death.
