Rabat – Minister Delegate for Civil Service and Administration Modernization Mohamed Moubdi met, Thursday in Rabat, with director general of Arab Planning Institute of Kuwait Badr Othman Mal-Allah on means to foster cooperation on training government executives and promoting good governance.
According to a statement by the ministry, the two sides discussed means for implementing the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ministry and the Institute, which focuses on enhancing the employees’ competence, the promotion of good governance, the modernization of the administration and development of a common action program.
Moubdi welcomed the fruitful cooperation between the two countries, which has resulted in the development of joint programs and annual action plans on good governance, improving the quality of public services and administration modernization.
This meeting was an opportunity to highlight the distinguished relations uniting the Kingdom of Morocco and Kuwait, the source said.
