During the opening ceremony of the Marrakech Air Show, Moroccan Prime Minister Abdelilah Benkirane, made a new huge Protocol blunder as he set to cross from under the red tape rather than cut it.
Dwight Bush, U.S. ambassador to Morocco who was standing beside Benkirane quickly intervened in an attempt to salvage the situation, reminding the President of the Moroccan government to cut the red tape in accordance with the established practice.
