Rabat- As part of the project of "the promotion of productive employment and decent work for youth in Morocco", the ministry of employment and social affairs launched, on Friday in Rabat, the process of elaborating the national employment strategy (SNE). The strategy, whose launching ceremony was chaired by minister of employment and social affairs Abdesslam Seddiki, is aimed at initiating a voluntary-based scenario relying on productive and decent employment through the setting up of a new vision for public action which targets, on the long term, an optimal employment of the human capital and ensure productive and decent jobs through a sustainable and balanced economic growth.
This vision is based on four strategic objectives to foster the dynamics of job creation, namely the stimulation of productive and decent employment, improvement and enhancement of the human potential, improving mobility in the job market by increasing the prevalence of productive and decent employment and improving the governance of the job market.
The development of the SNE spans three main stages, the first, from May 2013 to March 2014, involved the diagnosis of the job market which helped to assess the current situation, and offered an opportunity to involve all stakeholders concerned by employment.
