Casablanca - "Lycamobile" group, the world's leader of low-cost international mobile calls, launched its first call center in Morocco, called "LBOS Morocco," the group's executives announced on Thursday in Casablanca.
The Casablanca branch is part of the Group’s strategy to develop its activities in Morocco where it plans to establish a second call center.
Lycatel initially endeavored since 2003 to serve expatriates, estimated at 200 million people, before starting three years later Lycamobile, which has become today a European leader of virtual operators, the group explained.
It now boasts over 30 million customers in more than 17 countries where it operates a vast network of more than one million selling points, becoming the largest European pre-paid mobile virtual network operator.
The Casablanca ultra-modern call center will assist Lycamobile customers worldwide and will contribute to creating and generating a considerable numbers of jobs in Morocco.
Lycatel offers a wide range of products, including pre-paid telephone solutions, phone cards, mobile virtual network services and money transfer.
