Morocco: 25% of Tourists Report Being Very satisfied, 45% satisfied, 2% Unhappy

Tangier – Morocco’s Minister of Tourism, Lahcen Haddad, reports that 70 percent of foreign tourists who were interviewed declared that they are very satisfied with their experience in Morocco.

The Moroccan Minister of Tourism discussed the positive results of a scoping study on the level of satisfaction of tourists that was carried out by the Tourism Observatory for 2013, according to Maghreb Arab Press.

During a professional forum announcing the results of the study on Monday in Casablanca, Mr. Haddad remarked that 27 percent of tourists are relatively satisfied while only 2 percent of them report being unhappy about their experience in Morocco.

On Tuesday, the Ministry of Tourism launched a new application called “Tourism Figures’’ that offers users quick and easy access to the statistics published by the Tourism Observatory regarding Morocco.
