Challenged by Rachid El Idrissi, Animator and TV presenter, the young minister confirmed on his official twitter account that he accepted the challenge.

While some twitter users applauded the Minister’s decision to take part in this “human campaign”, others harshly criticised the initiative, calling the minister to “meet the pressing challenges facing the country”
Participants who accepted the challenge have to dump ice water on themselves before the camera.
