Tinejdad, Morocco – Malika Mezzane, an anti-Islamist and secular Amazigh poet, posted a message few days ago on her Facebook page offering “sexual services for the members of the Kurdish army” in support of their war against “the barbarism of terrorism”.
In the framework of her “belief” in counter-“jihad al-nikah,” or “sex jihad”, the Amazigh activist wrote in Arabic on Facebook that she is ready to provide sex exclusively for members of the Kurdish army.
Through this post, the poet mocks the controversial issue that refers to Sunni women allegedly offering themselves to jihadists as sexual comfort in war zones.
The poet, known for her sarcastic and ironic statements and poems, has been subject to insults because of her post. Social media users who understood her post as an explicit invitation for sex with Kurdish army members humiliated and belittled her with their comments.
Malika posted recently a poem entitled “To The Brave Kurdish Army”, dedicated to the soldiers of the Kurdish army who are fighting ISIS.
