New York (UN) - King Mohammed VI addressed to the 69th UN General Assembly reaffirms Morocco’s African "deep-rootedness" and the Kingdom’s commitment to working with all African countries, said Thursday in New York Senegalese Foreign Minister Mankeur Ndiaye.
New York (UN) – King Mohammed VI addressed to the 69th UN General Assembly reaffirms Morocco’s African “deep-rootedness” and the Kingdom’s commitment to working with all African countries, said Thursday in New York Senegalese Foreign Minister Mankeur Ndiaye.
“The speech of HM the King is extremely important as it reaffirms Morocco’s African deep-rootedness and its commitment to working with all African countries and contributing to the development of the continent,” Ndiaye told the press.
“Africa cannot be without Morocco,” Senegalese chief diplomat stressed,” adding that the Kingdom “is an authentic African country with many friends in the continent.”
“As a Senegalese, I am proud of the royal speech,” Ndiaye went on to say, noting that Morocco and Senegal share a common vision on Africa.
Concerning bilateral relations, Senegalese FM highlighted the “excellent” character of cooperation relations between the two countries.
