Madrid – Maintaining good relations with Morocco is a “priority” for Spain, President of the Spanish Congress of Deputies, Jesus Posada, underlined.
At a meeting, held Tuesday with Morocco’s ambassador in Spain, the Spanish official expressed his country’s interest to further consolidate cooperation ties with the Kingdom, according to a statement of the Moroccan embassy.
During this meeting, both parties hailed the exceptional quality of bilateral relations, especially between the legislative institutions of the two countries, particularly since the establishment of the Spanish-Moroccan Parliamentary Forum whose third meeting is slated for November in Rabat, the same source added.
This new platform of dialogue allows both parties to exchange views on various topics of common interest, thus contributing to strengthening bilateral partnership.
