The court delivered a 4-year prison sentence to a defendant convicted of “forming a criminal gang aimed at preparing and perpetrating terrorist acts as part of a collective scheme aiming at seriously undermining public order,” “inciting others to perpetrate terrorist acts,” and meeting without authorisation.
As part of the same verdict, three other defendants received three years in jail, while another was sentenced to 2 years in prison for “not denouncing terrorist crimes and holding unauthorised meetings.”
