The former Liverpool boss is to make a return to Real Madrid having previously been in charge of their youth side and their B team in the early 1990s.
In 2004, Rafa won the UEFA Cup with Valencia, and the following year he moved to the Premier League and won the Champions League with Liverpool in only his first season.
