New York’s Empire State Building was lit in green yesterday to celebrate the Eid al-Fitr holiday that marks the end of Ramadan.
“The skyscraper was illuminated with the green lights until 2:00 a.m. (EST) on Saturday morning when the building traditionally turns out its lights,” according to AFP.
