Dozens of Moroccan passengers have been stuck in New York JFK airport since Friday morning. The passengers who were supposed to board their Casabblanca-bound Royal Air Maroc flight to spend Eid El Fitr holiday with their loved ones found themselves forced to spend three days in the airport.
When the passengers asked RAM employees at the counter they told them first the flight was going to be delayed for two hours, then for 4 hours, and then they were told there would be no flight.
Ever since, they have been waiting at the airport without finding any interlocutor who could provide them with a clear answer over the causes of this unprecedented chaotic situation.
