Rabat – Morocco condemned Friday’s Israeli assault in the West Bank village of Douma, by extremist settlers who burnt to death a Palestinian infant after setting on fire the parents’ house.
“Morocco condemns in the strongest terms this hate crime and holds the Israeli occupation fully responsible for all the systematic terrorist acts committed by Israeli settlers in the occupied Palestinian territories”, the Moroccan ministry of foreign affairs and cooperation says in a release.
The Kingdom of Morocco “considers this violent aggression as a violation of the humanitarian law, a denial of human universal values and a desperate attempt to sap the morals of Palestinian and abort peace efforts”, the release goes on.
Three members of the same family were seriously wounded early Friday morning when two masked men broke the windows of the home and threw two firebombs inside.
