Rabat – Moroccan national airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has announced it will serve four major European cities from Rabat.
A statement released by RAM on Tuesday said the four new routes will link Rabat to Brussels, Madrid, London, and Marseille. They will all run three times a week and will be launched on October 26, 2015.
According to the same source, the service will be operated by a Boeing 737-800 equipped with 160 seats.
Flights to London and Madrid from Rabat will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while flights to Brussels and Marseille will operate every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The statement explained “these new services will offer a complementary product to the offer proposed by the RAM on its Mohammed V International Airport hub in Casablanca.”
These new routes reinforce the historical Rabat-Paris Orly route that RAM flies twelve times per week in summer and nine per week in winter, the statement concluded.
