Rabat - The United States is keen to promote and strengthen its cooperation relations with Morocco, particularly in the field of security, US Principal Deputy Under-Secretary of Defense for Policy, Brian McKeon said Wednesday in Rabat.In a statement to MAP following his meeting with Delegate Minister to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mrs Mbraka Bouaida, the visiting US official welcomed the historical relations between Morocco and the United States.

In a statement to MAP following his meeting with Delegate Minister to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mrs Mbraka Bouaida, the visiting US official welcomed the historical relations between Morocco and the United States.
This meeting was an opportunity for both sides to discuss issues of common interest, notably those related to regional security and the role and place of Morocco in its geostrategic environment as well as bilateral relations.
In this regard, Ms. Bouaida highlighted the excellence strategic partnership and multifaceted relations between Morocco and the United States, based on mutual trust and respect.
Ms. Bouaida also highlighted the progress made by the Kingdom under the wise leadership of HM King Mohammed VI in the political, economic and social fields.
