According to le360, the arrested officials were drunk in the company of “prostitutes” inside a cave, which they allegedly turned into sex quarters, located in the outskirts of Tiznit, about 100 kilometers south of Agadir.
The same source revealed that the parliamentary is an “Istiqlal Party” member. The political affiliations of the two members of the Council of Souss-Massa region who were also arrested, were not mentioned.
After a party night of sex and alcohol inside the cave, the officials and their ‘sex-worker’ companions concluded the celebration with a dispute, which ended up in the alleged death of an unidentified individual.
The Royal Gendarmerie received an anonymous phone call regarding the incident and reportedly arrived at the scene at dawn, upon order of the Prosecutor General.
According to the same source, the authorities arrested all of the suspects involved in the alleged murder including the elected officials.
The same source said that the authorities have launched an investigation to unveil the details of the controversial evening, as well as the reported murder.
