New York – Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump made headlines once again, not for his presidential qualifications, but for the inhuman way in which he treats those that oppose him.
During a campaign rally in liberal-majority state Vermont, ‘The Donald’ did not hesitate to have a protester kicked out of the venue, asking security to not give him his winter coat back.
Last Thursday, during his speech in the city of Burlington, Trump heard someone booing in the crowd. He immediately ordered his guards to take him out into the freezing cold.
“Get him out of here,” Trump ordered security, adding “Don’t give him his coat. Keep his coat. Confiscate his coat. You know, it’s about 10 degrees below zero outside. No, you can keep his coat. Tell him we’ll send it to him in a couple of weeks.”
The crowd of 1,400 people cheered and clapped his decision as the protester was being ejected from the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts in Burlington.
However, it is not known if the venue’s security guards followed the billionaire’s “frozen punishment” orders.
According to New York’s Daily News, the real estate mogul was faced by several anti-Trump protesters at the Burlington rally. He was interrupted several times during his speech.
Since the venue only holds 1,400 guests and the Trump campaign released more than 14 times the amount of available seats, the “loyalty oath” was allegedly used to only allow true Trump sympathizers into the rally.
“We have more than 20,000 people that showed up for 1,400 spots,” the GOP leader said in a statement, explaining why he made sure only those that said they would vote for him were given a pass.
“I’m taking care of my people, not people who don’t want to vote for me or are undecided. They are loyal to me and I am loyal to them,” he added.
This seems to be the “modus operandi” of the Republican candidate as he cannot stand those that think differently from him.
On Friday, Muslim woman, Rose Hamid, 56, was kicked out of his rally in Rock Hill, South Carolina for wearing a hijab.
Trump commented on the incident as Hamid was being escorted out. “There is hatred against us that is unbelievable. It’s their hatred, it’s not our hatred,” Trump said to his supporters.
