Rabat – King Mohammed VI will pay a working and friendship visit to France, the Ministry of Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced Monday.
During this visit, the Moroccan monarch will hold talks with French President Francois Hollande in the Elysee Palace, the ministry underlined in a statement.
The King will also visit the Arab World Institute, where “the Sovereign will notably enquire about the project of the Moroccan Cultural Center, which will be built soon in Paris.”
During his stay in France, the King will also visit a consulate of the Kingdom in order to enquire about the implementation of the Royal instructions, set out in the Throne Speech on improving consular services for Moroccans living abroad.
“This visit reflects the excellent bilateral relations, based on sustainable partnership and common will to build strong and multidimensional relations between the two countries,” according to the same source.
“It is also part of the permanent high-level contacts and regular exchanges of visits between the two heads of State,” it concluded.
