The accident took place when a small van carrying the victims, and running on the highway between the cities of Aguilas and Lorca, overturned and fell off a bridge, it added.
The Moroccan passengers, who worked for an agricultural enterprises, were heading for a farm located in the province of Lorca.
The wounded were rushed to the Rafael Mendez hospital of Lorca and an investigation was opened to clarify the circumstances of this accident.
