Rabat - Approximately 48 percent of Moroccans paid a bribe to officials while trying to access public services over the past year, 18 points higher than the regional average of 30 percent, according to a report on the prevalence of corruption in the Middle East and North Africa by Transparency International, released on Tuesday.
