The stability of the Kingdom and relations of friendship and brotherhood between Morocco and the United Arab Emirates pushed the group to invest in several Moroccan cities, the group’s general manager Ali Al Salami said at a press conference dedicated to the presentation of the real estate project “the City of Green Valley Marrakech”.
For his part, Youssef Mansour, general manager of the group’s subsidiary in Morocco, said that Green Valley, which is already present in Morocco through UAE residential complex and Casa project, is to consolidate its investments in Morocco through this real estate project in Marrakech.
“The City of Green Valley Marrakech will feature over 350 luxury villas”, he added.
