Salé – The first degree criminal chamber at the annexe of Salé Appeal court, in charge of terrorism, gave on Thursday verdicts ranging from acquittal to six years imprisonment with no remission against 25 people sued in separate terror-related cases.
The court sentenced one culprit to six years imprisonment with no remission, two to four years, five to three years and five to two years, while the minors were given a verdict of 6 months in jail with no remission.
They were sued for forming a gang to prepare and commit terrorist acts, defending terrorist acts and failure to report terrorist crimes.
The court acquitted 10 individuals sued in detention for defending terrorist acts.
