Rabat – Security forces at El Guergarat border crossing point (south of Dakhla) seized on Monday 4.067 tons of cannabis, national police said.
The drug was hidden inside a vehicle used in international transport and the driver was arrested, the source added in a statement.
An investigation was opened by the relevant authorities to determine the circumstances of the attempted drug trafficking.
