Paris - Following the Nice terrorist attack, perpetrated on July 14, in which perished 84 people including four Moroccans, in addition to two injured, Moroccan authorities brought home on Thursday, in a first phase, the bodies of two people (a women aged 43 and a teenager aged 13), said a statement by the Moroccan embassy in France.

The other bodies (a woman aged 59 and a man aged 50) will be sent home on July 22 and 23 respectively, the same source added.
The operation, paid for by the Moroccan government, is part of the royal solicitude for the Moroccan community living abroad and is in conformity with the instructions of King Mohammed VI, it said.
Following the Nice attack, Morocco’s consulate general in Marseilles, in close coordination with the Kingdom’s embassy in Paris, has been maintaining a permanent contact with the victims’ families and the wounded.
The Moroccan consular authority visited the victim’s families to offer its condolences. It also paid a visit to an injured young Moroccan woman to inquire about her health.
