Rabat – An armed masked youngster assaults passersby in a video that records the growing rate of crime in Morocco.
The first scene of the videotape shows the armed man blocking a car with two large knives in his hands. He then starts threatening a female driver while three accomplices, two males and a female, stand by and watch.
The bandit waves the knives in a threatening manner. The terrified driver makes hand gestures in the short give and make the scene look like an act of aggression. Seconds later, the aggression ends with the woman opening her purse and handing the masked man some money.
From this scene, the aggressor walks up to another man who seems protesting the bandit’s behavior. A deadly fight would have broken out between the armed aggressor and the man who is carrying a rod, if it weren’t for some youngsters who stood between them.
The description of the video says the man who engaged in the brawl is truck driver whose truck’s windscreen was broken by the assaulter. The video confirms that this is the case when the man grabs the assaulter from the shoulder and took him away from people to talk to him. He can be heard saying, “That costs 300 dirhams.”
After what appeared as a pointless talk that was about to turn into a fight again, the camera focuses on the aggressor attacking a third person for no reason and punching him in the face several times before moving to another victim.
