Rabat – The judicial police of Errachidia arrested Friday two individuals involved in a criminal network of drug trafficking, and seized one ton of hashish.
The first accused was arrested in Ain Meski town, 17 km from Errachidia, while the second was arrested in Erfoud, a statement by the national police said.
Later, the two arrestees revealed where they hid the illicit substance, 35 km towards the city of Boudnib.
The two men are remanded in custody pending the completion of the investigation led under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office.
