Casablanca – Swedish professional football player, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, appeared in the robbery case of reality TV star Kim Kardashian.
According to the British Tabloid, Daily Star, Manchester star Ibrahimovic was mentioned as he used to stay in the same Hotel where Kim Kardashian was robbed by five armed men.
The news source does not specify if the French authorities officially mentioned the football player in preliminary investigations.
The hotel, Hôtel de Pourtales, known in France as the “No Address Hotel,” is a luxurious complex built in 1839, and classified as a historical monument in 2002. A number of stars have stayed at the hotel, including Madonna, Leonardo Di Caprio and Ibrahimovic when he first moved to the French team, Paris St-Germain.
Earlier this week, five masked men disguised as policemen robbed Kardashian and stole $10 million worth of jewels. The robbery has been classified as a mysterious and “highly organized” raid.
French authorities’ investigations are currently underway, and a police officer told US Magazine that while access to Kardashian’s apartment block is possible, “the baffling part of the inquiry is how the robbers got into the apartment.”
The source added, “of course it’s possible they tricked their way in, but at that time of the [early morning] it’s unclear who actually opened the door.”
