Rabat – Morocco and the Czech Republic reaffirmed, on Tuesday in Rabat, their shared will to forge ahead with their cooperation in the mining field which boasts promising partnership prospects.
This will was voiced by the two parties during a seminar on “the mining industry in Morocco and the Czech Republic: Capacity-building in the field of geological exploration and new prospects”, organized by the Czech embassy in Morocco.
The meeting, aimed at getting information about the two countries’ experience in the field of mining and expertize sharing concerning geological exploration, follows a series of visits by both Czech and Moroccan experts.
Speaking on this occasion, advisor to the energy minister Addi Azza said that the meeting is an occasion to develop and foster the Moroccan-Czech cooperation. “This cooperation will undoubtedly attract investment,” Azza noted, adding that this meeting is an important step to back up bilateral cooperation in the mining and geological areas.
