Rabat - Mohammed Zher, Al-Hoceima’s Governor felt obligated yesterday to join the Al-Hoceima population as it took to the street in the early hours of the morning to protest the tragic death of a 31-year-old fish-seller who was killed after throwing himself in a garbage truck when authorities confiscated his merchandise.
