Rabat – Moroccan American Network’s Second CEO Summit and Small Business Forum Returns in 2017 To Create Trans-Atlantic Business Opportunities
The Moroccan American Network’s CEO Summit returns to Washington, D.C. in April 2017 in partnership with Georgetown University.
After the success of its first CEO Summit in May 2013, which attracted over 100 participants, 20 speakers, and 8 partners, the Moroccan American Network will host its second CEO Summit and Small Business Forum in Washington, DC. The summit will be held on the campus of the historic Georgetown University.
Focusing on creating new opportunities together for a better future, the summit will feature keynote speeches, panels, and workshops, as well as strategic Business B2B networking meetings, and meetings with key government officials. Panels will focus on doing business with the US government, innovation in health care, encouraging entrepreneurship, and supporting youth initiatives.
Speakers will include prominent members of the Washington and Moroccan American business communities, academics, experts, U.S. and Moroccan government officials, and others to explore small business opportunities in Morocco and the U.S.
“It is important to bring businesses and government together,” said Mohamed El Hajjam, the President of the Moroccan American Network. “The CEO Summit provides a platform for creating small business opportunities and highlighting the resources available to help small businesses become successful, such as through the Small Business Administration, and also with respect to U.S. government contracts.“
As part of a week of associated activities, this summit will provide a platform for exploring business opportunities, networking, B2B encounters, workshops, and exchanges of views, opinions, and best practices.
The conference is being presented by the Moroccan American Network and AV Actions Inc., with the support of other strategic partners and sponsors, including Strategic Partner, Morocco World News and the Black Chamber of Commerce.
