While the hail was pouring, mesmerized people took out their cell phones to record the view.
A nearly one-minute video filmed by Morocco World News in Hassan neighborhood, showing the hail covering the Moroccan capital.
Since it was posted on the Morocco World News Facebook page, the video has received major attention, reaching over 156,046 views, more than 4700 likes and over 3424 shares.
