Sea traffic between the two ports has been suspended since Sunday due to bad weather conditions in Gibraltar, the same source pointed out.
Sea traffic will be restored as soon as weather conditions return to normal, he added.
Travelers wishing to cross the Strait are invited to take the Tangier Med-Algeciras liaison.
