Rabat – The Association of Investors of the Free Zone of Export of Tangier (AIZFET) and Tanger Med Zones (TMZ) will organize the third edition of the Employment And Continuing Education Forum on May 18 and 19 in Tangier’s Free Export Zone.
The forum will be held in partnership with USAID, ANAPEC, and OFPPT with the title “Soft Skills: Lever of Youth Employability”.
This event will bring together some fifteen companies and training and recruitment organizations offering hundreds of jobs in the Free Zone’s various sectors. The partners present at this forum will help jobseekers and employees find training adapted to their career path. Partners and exhibitors will also conduct practical workshops, noted AIZFET in a press release.
These services will be offered to participants free of charge to enable them to be more competent in their job search. The forum will also stress the importance of human resources management tools among employers and trainers, the same source said.
This event is also in line with the objectives of AIZFET and its partners to actively participate in the assistance and promotion of youth employment and to create synergy between the labor market players of the Free Zone of Tangier by offering a space for information, debate, and exchanges of good practices while generating ideas and initiatives to support young people in the search for a job.
