Rabat – The General Confederation of Moroccan Companies (CGEM) has just launched an investigation into the transformation of companies in partnership with the firm Optimum Conseil.
This survey will be carried out between May and July 2017 under the theme “Moroccan bosses facing the transformation of their company”. Targeting the top 500 leaders of large companies and SMEs representative of the Moroccan economy, this study aims to capture the trends and stakes of national companies, in particular those that lead them to engage in a transformation process.
The survey will also make it possible to measure the evolution of the problems and practices of managers in the face of corporate transformation, both on strategic and operational aspects, says CGEM.
The questionnaire will address, among other things, the strategic challenges, condition, and factors of success in transformation, as well as the difficulties encountered for the implementation of business transformation in Morocco.
The results will be presented next fall, in continuity with those of the first edition of the survey conducted in 2014, to advance the fundamental reflection on the strategic challenges of transformation expressed by the Moroccan leaders, their actuated levers, and their encountered difficulties, concludes the Confederation.
