Rabat – The goalkeeper of the French national football team, Lloris Hugo, made a costly mistake during Friday’s World Cup qualifier against Sweden.
The 30-year-old Frenchman came out of his net to clear a strike, but instead of booting the ball away to clear the danger, he handed it to Swedish key midfielder Ola Toivonen, who did not miss the opportunity to score a victory goal only a few seconds before the end of the match.
Friday’s game at Sweden’s Friends Arena stadium ended with a 2-1 victory in favor of the Sweden national football team.
