Rabat – A Portuguese drone pilot has managed to capture fascinating footage showing Morocco’s landscapes as you have never seen them before.
In his two-minute clip entitled “Winds from Morocco”, Bernardo Bacalhau provides viewers with the opportunity to see breathtaking sceneries of southern and northern Morocco from a bird’s-eye perspective.
The footage was taken during the cameraman’s eight-day trip through Morocco.
The pilot flew his drone over different destinations, including Fez with its colorful tanneries, the Moroccan Sahara, and the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou located in Ouarzazate province.
The latter was classified as a UNESCO world heritage site in 1987. Several international and local movies have been shot there, including Gladiator in 2000. The area is well known for its overwhelming southern architecture.
